Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Contact us at hello@patchupus.com with your order number
• You do not need to return the product

Non-refundable

• Orders where more than 50% of the product has been used
• Duplicate orders that were flagged before shipping

Timelines Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
